Almost all recipes that call for chipotle chilies call for one chili and 2 tsp of adobo sauce (the sauce in the can). But then you have a whole can of chilies left. Here is how you freeze them. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Place the chilies on the waxed paper with plenty of space between them. I didn't leave enough space between the chilies in the picture. Divide the sauce between the chilies. Freeze. When the chilies are frozen, tear the waxed paper between each chili and wrap around the individual chilies.
